We are excited to introduce a NEW way to withdraw money in Colombia - Bank Transfer!

Below you can find a detailed instruction on how to add and manage Bank Transfer as your withdrawal method.

How to Connect Bank Transfer

  1. Open your Tango App, go to your profile, and click Get Money

  2. Click on Add withdrawal method

  3. Tap Add next to Bank Transfer method

  4. Specify the required data to connect the Bank Transfer method:
    ​Full Name (example: John Raymond)
    ​Residence Address (example: Maria Fernanda Rojas, Calle 45 #)
    ​Phone Number (example: +576011231231)
    ​Email (example: llovetango@gmail.com)
    ​ID Card Number (example: 123456789)
    ​Bank Name (example: Banco de Bogota)
    ​Bank Card Number (example: 012345678920000)

  5. Tap Connect

  6. Congrats! Now Bank Transfer should be available on the Main Page

How to Withdraw to Bank Transfer

  1. Tap Get Money on the Get Money page

  2. Tap Get Money again to confirm the withdrawal

  3. Congrats! Money is on the way!


    ​Note: It may take up to 3 working days for money to arrive in your bank account
