If you're experiencing issues receiving notifications on your Android device, please try the following:

  • Make sure you're running the latest version of Tango. Update Tango now!
  • Check to see that you don't have any background data restrictions enabled on your device
  • Force close any other apps running in the background, while making sure Tango is running in the background
  • Connect your device to another network connection. If you are connected to your mobile carrier's network, try connecting your device to an available Wi-Fi connection
