As a Tango Live broadcaster, you must follow the Guidelines for Live broadcasting.
If you violate any of the guidelines, there will be a shutdown and you will be temporary banned from public or premium Live broadcasting.
Whenever your broadcast is shut down, you will be banned from starting a new broadcast.
Ban duration starts from 10 minutes for the first violation of Guidelines in a long time and may reach 7 days if there were many severe violations recently
The timer for any ban duration is counted based on the number of violations within the last 30 days + severity of the ban reason.
For example, nudity is counted as a severe violation and it brings longer ban duration, as well as other sexually explicit actions).
This essentially means that if you do not violate any guidelines for a whole month, your shutdown counter will be set back to 10 minutes only!
Premium broadcasts may be banned from 10 minutes to 7 hours depending on the number of violations, shutdowns are performed by automatic moderation software only depending on video and sound present in the broadcast.
In case a premium broadcast is fully inactive (= doesn't have any activity in chat and among viewers) for 10 minutes you receive a suggestion to close the broadcast. If you agree or ignore it for 5 more minutes the broadcast is closed. You can leave the broadcast active by pressing on Keep alive button.
Cover image of any broadcast - is an important part, so if it doesn't follow Guidelines it may be stopped by automatic moderation too - in such cases your broadcasts are ending each time when you try to start, you should receive a message from our official Tango Guardian account - make sure you didn't block it - with your stream cover in it as a reason of ban.
Simply changing the photo to something more up to Guidelines should help to continue broadcast any moment.
